Exceptions & Damage Claims
While remorse returns are not accepted, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or significantly not as described, please contact us within 1-7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Valid claims will be handled on a case-by-case basis for a replacement or store credit.
